Busso of Alvensleben, born in 1951, has been working in the real estate industry since 1975, and since that time has successfully carried out and concluded over 150 projects. He has many years' management experience (transactions, project development, consulting, general management) gained in executive positions working for domestic and internationally active real estate companies in Germany and abroad.

Prior to founding BvA Real Estate, Busso von Alvensleben spent five years as a member of the board of management of Deutsche Real Estate AG, a listed real estate company, and subsequently worked as a consultant, successfully concluding a series of large-scale property transactions and commercial leases.
